I combine manual manipulation and AN-IMS with education, exercise and taping to maximize function, retrain movement patterns and prevent re-injury. My practice includes working with people who suffer from chronic and neuropathic (nerve) pain, especially pain originating in the lower back, pelvis, shoulder and knee. I also practice pediatric physiotherapy. I’ve worked with children since 2016.
Outside of the clinic you can find me cross-country and downhill skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and gardening.
