Treatment Philosophy

My treatment approach emphasizes using manual therapy, anatomical AN-IMS needling and exercise plans to help my clients reach their goals. I use a thorough assessment to create an individual treatment plan to help to improve movement patterns for short-term recovery and long-term prevention. I have a special interest and training in the management of hip and knee osteoarthritis, pregnancy related low back pain and vestibular dysfunction. My goal is to educate clients so they can make informed choices about managing their injury or condition to keep them moving for the long term.

Other Interests

You can find me out on the trails year round hiking, mountain biking or backcountry skiing. Beyond this valley, I love exploring the world and all its cultures including traveling as part of a team for a physiotherapy practicum in India. I grew up in Smithers and am excited to be part of this community again.
